Please mind that rooms labeled as 'deluxe' & 'private' are:
1. Located in a separate building, few blocks away (about 100 m) on via bixio 48. Reception (check-in / out), kitchen and pc stations are provided always on viale manzoni 55 (look up the map, among photos)
2. Equipped with ceiling fan (no AC)
