Cancellation
1.The cancellation must be made only 3 days prior to your check in date.
2.No-show will be charged with the entire period of stay reserved to a customer’s credit card. Nevertheless, you’ll not be charged if there is an official written letter via fax, e mail or phone call.

4.Extension is subjected to availability due to the room occupancy and the payment is required in advance but non-refundable.
5.The notification of delay is required by phone or e mail regarding late arrival.

Amendment
7.Amendment is acceptable by notifying at least 3 days ahead of arrival date.
