Welcome to Sandino - World-improvement Network Berlin a community of lovely people. We offer value accommodation and event hosting from April to September. We open for the first time on May 1st 2011. Sandino - World-improvement Network is a green oasis in the heart of Berlin, just three tram stations from the light rail hub at Landsberger Allee. (20 minutes from Alexanderplatz)

We have a large yard, a beautiful garden, two double rooms, a small group room, a large group room and a caravan. There is space for three tents in the garden.

Sandino is also home to a few chickens, an apple tree and a vegetable garden. You can relax in the sun, play table tennis or table football, and in the evenings there are barbeques and delicious home made pancakes.

We want to meet friendly and interesting people. SSandino - World-improvement Network isnt a commercial enterprise. Its a community with heart, and a chance to experience the real East-Berlin.

Opening Times
Sandino - World-improvement Network is open from May 1st until 30th September. We lock the gate at midnight, but if you want to stay out late you can take a key for a deposit of 10 euros.

Arrival and Departure
Check in is from 14 pm every day. You have to check out before midday on the day you are leaving. We offer free luggage storage for up to twelve hours.

Bedrooms
Cigarettes and alcohol are not allowed in the bedrooms.
