Paraguay Paraguay has for a long time been a dictatorship but fortunately become relatively independence in 1989,but is not a country that known, lying there in the middle of South America next to among others Brazil. Having base in the capital city, most of Paraguays attractions will be arround. A little rainforest at the south is left, or Caacupè, an important religious centre will be some of the sights Paraguay can offer you.
